About Gardens Pasta Co
I'm Olly, I am 24 and I started Gardens Pasta Company on my return from training to be a chef at the Culinary Institute of Barcelona. I am passionate about food, and simple or fine dining, it all starts with fantastic, fresh, well sourced ingredients.
Arriving back in London near the beginning of the Covid-19 outbreak, it became clear that everyday tasks were becoming challenging for all with empty shelves in supermarkets, long queues for the butcher or greengrocer and the end of normal social life as we knew it.
Furnished with a new set of skills from the Institute and a desire to use them to help overcome these challenges, I felt it was time to bring a bit of enjoyment back into our pasta lives.
