Our Pasta

We make our pasta using the finest Italian Tipo '00 flour and the highest quality eggs we can source from St Ewe, Cornwall. Hand-rolled every morning and tossed in semolina to make sure it arrives at your door as fresh and as natural as possible. All you have to do is chuck it into salted, simmering water for a couple of minutes and add to your heated sauce, but don't worry, instructions included in your box.
